Closing day for our clients who are near and dear to us 🤍

We met this beautiful family over a year ago and we believe there are people who were always meant to cross paths in our lifetime. This family was one of them. Pure, and good.

An industry partner referred us and thought we’s be a perfect fit to help guide them on the purchase their of first home.

After a month moving into their new construction, this medium term quickly turned into a short term. Their dreams got even bigger. They called us to ask us to list their new home and help find them an even bigger home.

This journey had twist and turns but regardless what came up, their faith grew stronger. Their love for one another is a testament you always find home within one another.

A & R, thank you for putting your trust in us to list your home and helping you find your dream home. You both reminded us all there’s still so much good in this world.

You’re stuck with us, we’re family now. We love you both. 🤍

Tartine Bakery is a staple in San Francisco, CA. This is my kid’s favorite and I will wait in line to see the smile on their faces. This is off Guerrero St and 18th. Walking distance to this bakery is Dolores Park. You’re a quick drive to the Mission District. Enjoy your pastry and coffee surrounded by beautiful Victorian homes. Some favorites I’d recommend is their morning buns, almond croissants and their banana cream pie.

Putting the heart back into real estate.

In a world of algorithms, automation, and transactions — we chose people.

We chose the family who cried at the closing table. The first-time buyer who didn’t think they could.

The seller who needed someone to truly listen before they could let go.

That’s what Dream Real Estate Group was built on. Not just deals — but moments that matter.

So when RealTrends Verified named us the #1 Large Team in Elk Grove, CA and #8 in California across all brokerages and #2 Large Team in California & #9 Large Team Nationwide at Real Broker- we didn’t celebrate the number. We celebrated every person behind it.

This is what real estate looks like when it’s done with heart. 🤍

With love and gratitude, thank you choosing Dream Real Estate Group as your go to resource for all things real estate. 🫶🏼

Why are Bay Area buyers relocating to Elk Grove?

Germaine’s answer

Elk Grove has been adding housing and retail at the same time, so newer neighborhoods now sit close to grocery, dining and fitness options that once required a drive. For families leaving the Bay Area the draw is that convenience plus larger lots, weighed against longer trips back for work or relatives. I work with buyers relocating from the Bay Area to Elk Grove.

How does daily life in Elk Grove compare with San Francisco?

Germaine’s answer

It depends on the routine you want. In Laguna West, daily errands may mean a short drive, a garage and more outdoor space. In the Sunset, you may trade yard size and easy parking for Muni access, neighborhood shops and a walk to the ocean. I help buyers compare the commute, space and daily rhythm, not just the price per square foot.
